The Silver Monthly Membership offers 8 flexible sessions each month, allowing you to customise your experience to meet your unique health and wellness goals. Choose from a combination of Cryotherapy, red Light Therapy, Express Hyperbaric and compression Therapy to create the perfect balance for your needs.

The Gold monthly membership offers 12 flexible sessions each month allowing you to customise your experience to meet your unique health and wellness goals. Choose from a combination of Cryo Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Express Hyperbaric and Compression Therapy to create the perfect balance for your needs.

The Gold Plus Monthly Full Membership includes all the advantages of the standard Gold Membership, but enhances your experience with full-length Hyperbaric sessions. Enjoy comprehensive wellness benefits while optimising your health and recovery in a supportive environment.

Enjoy flexible wellness sessions with the Off Peak Classic Membership. This plan gives you 4 sessions each month to choose from Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy Express Hyperbaric, or Compression Therapy. Tailor your experience to your specific health and wellness needs with the ability to mix and match treatments, available Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 4 PM.

Enjoy flexible wellness sessions with the Off Peak Premium Membership. This plan gives you 8 sessions each month to choose from Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Hyperbaric Express or Compression Therapy. Tailor your experience to your specific health and wellness needs with the ability to mix and match treatments, available Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 4 PM.

Enjoy flexible wellness sessions with the off peak elite membership. This plan gives you 12 sessions a month to chose from cryotherapy, red light therapy, Express hyperbaric therapy or compression therapy. Tailor your experience to your specific heath and wellness needs with the ability to mix and match sessions Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. Full length hyperbaric sessions equivalent to two hyperbaric express sessions.
