Welcome to Soma House! These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
Soma House offers various wellness and recovery treatments, including but not limited to:
Our treatments are designed to promote general wellness, recovery, and physical rejuvenation. The benefits and results of treatments may vary depending on individual health conditions and treatment protocols. Sessions are subject to availability, but we will do our best to accommodate your chosen time slot.
You may purchase single sessions, session packages, or memberships.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older (or provide a guardian’s consent if under 18).
- Not be pregnant, have a pacemaker, or suffer from any condition contraindicated for specific treatments (e.g., Cryotherapy or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy).
The information provided on our website or at the clinic does not constitute medical advice. It is recommended that you consult your doctor to confirm the suitability of our treatments for your health condition.
Soma House does not accept liability for any loss or injury resulting from reliance on nonmedical advice during the use of our services.
3. Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments: All treatments require advance booking. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person at our clinic.
- Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide this notice may result in the full cost of the service being charged.
- Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made on the same day or failure to attend a booked appointment will incur the full charge for the scheduled treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend appointments at the date and time selected.
4. Memberships
- Memberships have an initial term of two months, during which cancellations are not permitted. After this, memberships automatically renew monthly and payments will be taken on the same calendar day each month.
- Cancellations must be made in writing with at least one full calendar month's notice.
- Treatments included in your membership are non-transferable unless agreed upon by the clinic.
- Unused membership sessions cannot be carried over to the following month, and no
refunds will be issued for unused sessions. - Memberships may be frozen for a maximum of one calendar month in any 12-month period. Any instructions to freeze the membership must be provided in writing at least one full calendar month prior to the requested freeze period.
5. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers can be purchased in person or over the phone.
- Vouchers can be issued for a specific monetary value or specific sessions.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable.
- Unused vouchers will not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, depending on the treatment.
- Soma House accepts payments via [credit card, debit card, cash, etc.].
- Packages and memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, pre-paid services or packages will retain their agreed price for the duration of the term.
7. Health Considerations
- The information provided by Soma House does not constitute medical advice.
- Clients must disclose all relevant health conditions, medications, or allergies before undergoing treatments.
- Soma House recommends consulting with a medical professional prior to treatment, especially for individuals with existing health concerns such as cardiovascular or respiratory issues.
- Soma House is not liable for any loss, injury, or adverse reaction caused by failure to disclose health conditions, follow medical advice, or adhere to aftercare instructions.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Soma House respects your privacy and handles personal and medical information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Personal information collected (e.g., name, contact details, health history) is used solely to provide services, ensure safety, and improve offerings.
9. Liability
- While Soma House strives to provide the highest standard of care, we are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services unless caused by negligence or failure to meet safety standards.
- Clients are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.
10. Changes to Services
- Soma House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice. Reasonable efforts will be made to inform clients of significant changes.
11. Code of Conduct
- Soma House maintains a respectful and professional environment.
- Clients are expected to behave courteously at all times. Disruptive behaviour or violations of clinic policies may result in termination of services without refund.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
